Throughout my life, I have learned from skilled teachers and honed my skills as a practiced facilitator. In the containers I create, participants are challenged to reflect on the stories that hold them back. They are then held by the group as they process their healing. Together, we move with collective intention to empower one another to take meaningful steps toward courage and growth.

Group Dynamics

Women's circles, artists, collaborative groups, and even families seek out my facilitation skills to explore relationship pain points, unpack trauma and grief, revitalize a suffering dynamic, or simply to experience and learn something new together.

Professional Workshop

Organizations bring me on board to be a part of their professional development panels, facilitate discussions, teach self-exploration and empowerment skills, and/or create meaningful experiences that lead to team-building and memory-making amongst the team.
