My Story

My own journey started at a point in my life when I felt lost and numb and had convinced myself I was the problem.

That was back in the early years of my marriage when the only touch and affection I received was from my daughters. And I’ll admit that during the breastfeeding years, it felt like enough.

But I could only suppress my needs for so long. After a complete breakdown on a family vacation, a dear friend gifted me a session with a spiritual intuitive who told me to “harness my goddess energy.”

And you know what I thought?

Great, what the fuck does that mean?

I got off that call, went to Google, and started exploring. It’s been over 6 years since that day, and my journey has taken me into a deeper, more powerful relationship with my body and my sexuality than I could have ever imagined.

The process of releasing shame and facing my fears has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life (second only to being a mother). And I’ve learned in this process my experience is not unique. In fact, the more women I speak to, the more I feel like this is an epidemic. And it breaks my heart because we don’t have to feel this way.

My journey has equipped me with experience, certifications, and tools that helped me (and can help you!) reconnect with your sexuality and live a more full life.

With a Master's Degree in Health and Education and a handful of coaching and training certifications under my belt, I’m a tool belt diva (really – I do home renovations and tile work). Energetically, I wear a customized tool belt built from my experiences and designed to support you on your journey.
